30-day returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

How to start a return

Email forgedpower@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your charger arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5-Year Warranty

Every Forged Power Solutions charger is backed by a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects — full replacement, no questions asked. If your charger fails under normal use within 5 years of purchase, contact us for a replacement.
